To classify by categories the income and expenses of a very small business.
The data consist of 12 statements, a year of income, and expenses.
All the income will be classified as income (no subcategories for the income).
The expenses have to be qualified and get to the annual amount spent per category.
The bank statements don't have much data, most of them 1 to 2 pages, there are maybe two to three statements with 3 to 4.5 pages of data.
The data is for a year of expenses, therefore there will be 12 bank statements and 1 PayPal report.
I have the data on PDF format, I can try to get it in CSV format if that's better for you.
You can create the report in any format that is easy for you as long as I can explain it to the business owner and clearly see the annual total for each category.
PayPal is linked to the bank account in question, so we expect to use just a portion of the PayPal file since the transactions are also shown on the bank account, except for a few transactions that were paid with the PayPal account balance.

Aginc expenses breakdown was provided by the business owner and Old consolidated report is just a sample from another company, just to show you another format that you can use. As mentioned before, you can use whatever format is easier for you as long as we can see all the data and clearly see the total for each category.
