We have worked on this sheet trying to get it to work and we are so close. Having extremely limited excel knowledge, we tried to get this thing to work using conditional formatting (entering "v" for vacation and the cell changes color, etc), and dynamic lists (employee names, titles, location) located in the "data" tab, and some vba codes that were obtained from on line. The problem that we are having is that when we add a row on the master list in the "data" sheet, we need it to move down a row across the entire "month" sheet. I believe the problem is having multiple tables on "month" sheet which is prohibiting the line fill all the way across the sheet. Unfortunately, now that they are there, we don't know how to remove the tables. Please help. We are at a loss.
