To develop a Microsoft PowerApp (or set of MS PowerApps) for contact information and business oportunities management that connects with a set of MS Excel Tables, stored in OneDrive account.
The following forms are needed:
1. Company. This form allows the user to first check if the company of the new contact that they want to enter is an existing one in our database. If it doesn´t the user will create a new register for the new company with four fields. If the company is an existing one, or the user have just create it, just click for chose and enter the new contact.
2. Contact. This form allows users to enter a new contact for the company previously selected. Name, phone, charge, e mail, region, source and notes are needed.
3. Oportunity. This form allows user to enter a business oportunity linked to a contact. User have to pick the company, then the contact, then enter the oportunity. Fields are Description, amount, opening date, active checkbox, status en owner of oportunity (from our team)
4. Oportunity managing. This form allows to select the oportunity, from a list of active oportunities query (that´s what the checkbox are for) The query shows company, description of oportunity, and amount. When user pick the oportunity, they can go and enter following tasks. Fields are: task date, task, next task date, reminder checkbox.
5. following tasks. This form is the opening screen by default. I mean, when the user starts the app they see this list of following tasks. Of course buttons or menues with the other forms have to be available. This form allows the user to see all tasks with the reminder checkbox on, listed. Information in this list are: Company, oportunity, amount, next task date. So the user can pick a tasks and go straight to form no. 4, filter for company, contact, and oportunity.
6. Query of active oportunities filter by owner, showing company, contact, oportunity, amount and status. App must be able to export it to Excel.
There are some fields that has to be an selection box fields like: country, type of industry, source, owner of op, status and others. App must assure that the app cannot take repeated data.
Power apps must be in spanish. WE can work together with the translation.
With your proposal, please explain your suggestions on how we can work, since I need to have the complete control and ownership of the app in my powerapps account.
I will provide a table with more than 300 companies. And a table with more than 1000 contacts. We don´t have oportunities so far or following activities.
