Data Entry, Virtural Assistant needed

We use mailchimp in our business and require someone to assist with inputting customer information, data, autoresponders and also to help update our mailchimp system to work more efficiently. Two Mailchimp tasks in particular are on-going tasks that we would need someone to do year-round. Tasks: • Looking over our mailchimp set up that we use as a CRM and helping us make it more efficient o We have autoresponders set up prior to some changes that mailchimp made that we want to make sure are okay. o Our lists may need updating as well. We had various lists for each category of customer but since mailchimp made some updates I believe that we don’t require all of these different lists to trigger autoresponders or workflows. • Entering new customer information into particular lists (On-going year-round) • Moving customers around lists • Setting up automated workflows • Entering customers “Test Numbers” into their mailchimp accounts at the end of every month.
