with Quick Books knowledge , honest, hardworking person
wanted to work as virtual assistant!you are
responsible for accurate and efficient data entry.
maintain bid board, bid emails, print drawings and
submittals. Must have knowledge of Gmail/outlook. Must
have basic knowledge of Microsoft office preferably Excel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Very proficient with Quick Books Accounting Systems
Manage bookkeeping including submitting data for payroll
Reconcile bank deposits with receivable / construction
Correctly distribute receivables and payables to Quick
Books general ledger
Process weekly check runs
Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, and daily bank
Excellent MS Word
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail and follow through skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent organizational skills
Basic computer skills
Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel and QuickBooks
Excellent communication/good English/Clear writing.
Proven experience juggling multiple tasks
Ability to work independently
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
