I have contract tech support staff who will be paid on a per incident basis. There are expected minim performance requirements and bonus levels that pay higher per incident and have additional bonus levels for even higher performance.
I have the pay scale per incident and all bonuses figured out. What I need help with is by entering a single number per hour of performance it should calculate hourly pay and if any bonuses are paid at the same time in a separate column.
This is a multi column if /and formula with nested statements. It's beyond me on how to solve it.
