Create Preventative Maintenance Program on Excel

I have extensive experience in the Aviation industry in Australia and understand the usefulness and purpose behind PM activities. I will work with you to build a useful, easy-to-use and efficient PM program using a macro-enabled workbook in Excel. I will use a single User Interface sheet that will enable you to see what the next few PM activities are that are due and to input the maintenance activities you undertake. There will be a hidden audit sheet that will keep a detailed audit trail of all the maintenance activities entered, so that you can print it for auditing and reporting purposes (as required). I will also provide a PMP-edit function whereby you can add, remove and update the PM plan components if that is ever necessary. Note: The quote above does not include the entering the details of the PM plan into the workbook. I will however enter a 10-item test list that will enable you to see and confirm functionality.
