Convert VCF Contacts to Excel

I need help converting my .vcf file, which contains all of my contacts, into an Excel file. The contacts in the .vcf file are organized with First Name and Last Name separate. The final Excel file should have the following fields: - First Name - Last Name - Phone Number1 Most of my contacts have only one phone number. No other fields besides First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number1 need to be included in the Excel file. Experience with data conversion and Excel is essential for this project.
