I have a full set of design drawings and specifications for an upcoming commercial rennovation project and now need a complete Bill of Quantities prepared for both the electrical and water systems. The documents are ready in PDF/DWG, so you can dive straight into measuring and itemising. Scope • Extract all quantities for power distribution, lighting, small power, earthing, low-current cabling, panels and associated accessories. • Measure pumps, storage, valves, fixtures and all related fittings. Deliverable An editable Excel (or equivalent) BOQ file, clearly cross-referenced to drawing numbers and specification sections, delivered no later than three days from award. Acceptance criteria 1. Each line item must show description, unit, quantity as per drawing reference. 2. Totals for electrical and water systems provided both separately and combined.
