5) Region (eg. Piemonte, Lazio, etc.)

7) Type of company – primary activity (e.g. Coffee machines producer- Professional)
8) Type of company – secondary activity (e.g. Coffee machine producer - OCS)
9) Type of company – third activity (e.g. Coffee machine accessories)
Note: to decide what type of company is a selected company, sometime you need to visit their website.

We then need to fill it in with data coming from a pdf file (ATTACHED). Information in the pdf file is not structured, so you need to look for and select it.
Once populated the excel spreadsheet, you need to check the accuracy of the information (e.g. web site is correct? e-mail is correct?)
For the company in the category “COFFEE MACHINES AND ACCESSORIES” of the pdf file (pag. 245), you need to do additional check. The company could have declared just a primary type of activity, but to have also a secondary or third type of activity. This is, for example the case of [login to view URL] that declares to be and OCS producer, but it’s also a producer of professional coffee machine and coffee machine accessories.
