I need a macro that can generated my sales quotes automatically. Currently i'm following the manual method where i'm creating 13-14 manual quotes every single day for a list of 75 products and 5-10 models for each product. I want all the product data (mainly specifications) should be inside a tool/macro and i should just be able to key in the customer name, select the model number, input the date, price, shipping charges, GST, transportation charges, responsible sales person (should auto-populate their name with signature) aong with the terms and conditions. There are about 5 different T&C hence i want that to be selectable with a drop down for each point. On top of this, as and when the quotes are generated, i want the system in the backend to actually record everything in a tracker with the quote number and the customer name/number etc against the responsible sales person.
