ASC file format Conversion

hello, reading you addendum I understand that most often you need grid data or point clouds (Lidar) to be converted to 3D mesh (entities are 3DFACEs). I can do that as long the sources are publicly accessible. GIS 27 years experience in ESRI software and 10 years experience in Auto Cad products. I don't know how many files you want to do or if i could do all the types of conversions you may need, but i have done the sample data set.
