* We are looking to hire someone to use formulas to identify trends in an Excel spreadsheet of survey responses and represent these visually in graphs and tables.
* The dataset consists of approximately 20 columns and about 150-200 rows. Example questions include recruitment plans, income, financial streams, geographical coverage, service streams.
* Applicants are asked to submit an analysis of the 3 columns in the excel file provided to show their ability. What are the trends and how best to visualise them?
* Experience in organisational research desirable but not essential.
