The responsibilities shall be:
-Update daily and weekly records of expenses
-Reconcile records in the data entry software
-Coordinate with suppliers and partners
-Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
-Organizing and scheduling appointments with admin software
-Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
Sometimes it may require making phone calls and arranging meetings.
