The business had been growing rapidly and growth comes with a lot of tasks and responsibilities one of the reasons why we are now seeking an extra pair of hands for an Administrative Assistant position to support the business.

You should be:

You are expected to be:
• Available to work 2 to 3 hours per day. After the trial period, a Full-time position will be available.
• Can speak and write English fluently.
• Can incorporate instructions to expected results.
• Detailed oriented with sharp eyes for details.
• To participate in brainstorming and strategic activities that will improve customer satisfaction.
• Can communicate professionally at all times and with exceptional work ethic.
Training and instructions for the Administrative Assistant position will be provided. Katana should be the first word in the third paragraph of your application if you truly read and understood everything. Daily and Weekly tasks will be assigned such as internet research, documentation, creative email management/ etiquette, customer support and other tasks that may be assigned.
