I run a labour‐contract business and need a single Excel file that lets me stay on top of three things every day: (1) how much advance each worker still owes me, (2) what we spend versus what we earn from client companies, and (3) the exact cash and bank position at any moment. Here is the workflow I want reflected in the workbook: • Daily I note every advance handed to a worker and any cash that comes back. • At month-end I record the company’s lump-sum payment and the salary we finally release to each worker, leaving any un-cleared advance to carry forward automatically. • Expenses—transport, materials, incidental costs—should feed straight into a running profit calculation so that, with one click, I can see a simple month-to-date profit figure. The file has to be ready for frequent data entry (I open it every day) but the profit report itself should stay concise: just total income, total expenses, net profit and closing cash/bank balance. Please build the template so that formulas and, if useful, light VBA or Power Query automate as much as possible—no manual recalcs. A clean, intuitive layout is essential because multiple staff will type in numbers. Once delivered, I will test it with real data for one full week; if figures reconcile with our manual books, I’ll mark the job complete.
