I need a one-page multi-section form that currently exists only as a static document rebuilt from scratch in Microsoft Excel. The goal is to have a blank template I can open, type into directly, and then print as many times as I like without further tweaks. Your job is to recreate the exact layout—fonts, spacing, headings, borders—so the finished sheet looks identical to the original and still fits neatly on a single printed page. Because this is a data entry form, every input cell must include simple but reliable validation: numeric checks where only numbers belong and character-count limits wherever text could otherwise overflow its cell. Native Excel tools (Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, cell protection) should be all that’s required; no macros are necessary. I’ll supply the source PDF as soon as we start. You’ll send back a clean, unlocked .xlsx file that’s ready for everyday use.
