I need an Excel spreadsheet that will calculate resource (people) allocations over time for multiple projects. I have already started the spreadsheet by creating the data entry tabs and need someone to finish the spreadsheet by creating the analysis/calculation tabs. See attached. There are user instructions in the tabs so you can see how I envision the spreadsheet to work, as well as, "Notes to the Developer (you)" on various topics. If you can think of a better way to do the data entry then that's okay as well, but please check with me first - I just wanted to be able to give you enough information to start on the project and be efficient.
Please look at the attached spreadsheet to see how I would like the spreadsheet to work:
1. Go to Resources tab to enter resources/people (there are user instructions)
2. Go to each of the Project tabs to enter work tasks and resource allocations (there are user instructions)
3. Go to Analysis tabs to see total resource allocations (These are the tabs that I want the Developer to create)
Some requirements of the spreadsheet:
1. You must be able to add additional projects to the spreadsheet
2. You must be able to add people/resources
3. You must be able to add Tasks for each project
4. Provide instructions on how to do the above
