I need to create an access database including queries, forms, reports etc, with the following information:
Machine type (New machine / Storage Machine)
Serial Number (this will be the unique *key)
Meter Reading 108
Meter Reading 101
Weeks in Storage
Objective of database
• Record Storage of machines
• New machines that stay longer that 2 weeks will get invoiced for storage
• Storage Machines will get invoiced for storage from day 1
• Who owns machine
• Where machine came from
• Where machine went
• Current Location of machine
• Invoicing storage charges
o The database needs to produce a form/invoice at the click of a button
o Needs to work out how long the machine has been in storage
o Needs to invoice Monthly and record when it was invoiced and up to what date.
