Seeking experienced Melbourne based Events planner and coordinator.
Our company is opening a brand new office and Innovation Centre in Melbourne where customers can come and touch and play with our technology. To launch this we are hosting an exclusive full day event on 12 December for approximately 40-50 of our key customers, we need an event planner and coordinator to help ensure we dont miss a detail and pull off a fanastic opening aligned with our global brand.
This event will be part of a broader opening week where we will include our Christmas party and a smaller opening for our family and past employees. This role will need your support to coordinate these additional events. You will have creative control to generate ideas to ensure we all have fun!
Our preference is for someone based in Melbourne, while not always needing to be onsite, the ability to interact and be present in our event space will be important.
Skills and Experience:
• You are creative and energetic, and can show experience of coming up with ideas to ensure our customers are inspired by our event and that the event reflects our brand especially our focus on sustainability and innovation.
• You have demonstrated experience in planning and coordinating all aspects of a corporate event, and have an eye for detail, ensuring we dont miss a beat.
• You are an excellent communicator and are experienced at collaborating with multiple stakeholders in various departments this includes experience with ensuring the event is aligned with our global branding requirements.
