The celebration is our silver-jubilee anniversary and I’d like the hall in Kankarbagh transformed with a modern, on-trend vibe. The palette is a rich golden paired with deep blue, carried throughout every element so the space feels cohesive the moment guests walk in. A statement balloon arch is a must; it should frame the main stage where we’ll cut the cake and take photos. Please source high-quality balloons in matte and metallic finishes, handle inflation on-site, and integrate a few subtle LED fairy lights so the arch reads contemporary rather than classic party décor. If additional accent clusters or minimalist table accents help tie the room together, feel free to suggest them—I’m open to ideas that stay within the modern aesthetic. Hall access is available the morning of the event, and everything needs to be installation-ready two hours before guests arrive. Takedown can happen the following morning. You’ll need to bring all materials, tools, and a small pump/compressor; power outlets are available in the venue. Deliverables • Complete design plan (simple sketch or mood board) approved at least three days ahead • Sourcing and transport of all décor materials in the specified colours • On-site setup of the main balloon arch and any agreed accent pieces • Post-event removal, leaving the hall as received Experience with large-scale balloon installations and knowledge of reliable local suppliers will be valued.
