I need someone already in, or able to reach, Shanghai to act as my eyes and ears at the upcoming optics & lens-machinery trade fair. Your mission is to walk the halls, spot exhibitors that match my machinery interests, and open the door for real-time conversations. While you canvass the booths, we will stay connected over WhatsApp or Zoom so I can speak directly with the suppliers you flag. If a stand prefers WeChat, feel free to switch, but my first choice is WhatsApp/Zoom. You’ll translate between English and Chinese on the spot, explain my technical requirements clearly, and pull together immediate feedback. After the show I’ll need a concise wrap-up that lets me decide who to engage next. Please deliver: • Brochures & catalogues collected on site • Business cards and verified contact details • Photos and short video clips of each relevant booth/machine • A summary report with any quotations gathered and your frank opinion on the most suitable suppliers for our planned imports to India If you know the trade-fair layout, optical machinery , and can think on your feet, let’s talk.
