Hi, I’d love to manage this as an end-to-end corporate media and networking experience, with client servicing and guest experience at the centre of every decision. I’ll handle venue sourcing and negotiations, permits, weather contingencies, guest flow, vendor coordination, production scheduling, and the complete run-of-show. For the influencer component, I’ll manage briefing, timelines, deliverables, usage rights, and on-set brand compliance to ensure the content is captured efficiently and ready for post-event use. I’ll build a detailed event blueprint, venue layout, production timeline, vendor tracker, budget and risk plan, with everything organized through Google Workspace, Trello, or the platform you prefer. On event day, I’ll oversee vendors, production, guest movement, networking activities, and any Q&A/presentation elements we introduce. Afterward, I’ll coordinate the media handover and provide a comprehensive wrap report covering attendance, execution, key outcomes, vendor performance, and the agreed raw and edited photo/video assets.
