Organic Gathering Event Styling

I'm looking for an event stylist, set stylist, or creative styling assistant to support the execution of a lifestyle brand photoshoot for a luxury hospitality and event styling brand. The shoot will feature several concepts including: * An intimate gathering of women around a beautifully styled table * Editorial tablescape and detail shots * Founder lifestyle content * Hospitality-inspired brand imagery Responsibilities may include: * Assisting with tablescape styling and setup * Sourcing or recommending props, decor, florals, and styling elements * Helping create a cohesive visual aesthetic across multiple shoot setups * Supporting setup, adjustments, and styling on shoot day Desired aesthetic: * Organic and elevated * Warm, inviting, and refined * Neutral color palette * Natural textures and materials * Editorial yet approachable Ideal candidate: * Experience in event styling, set styling, hospitality styling, or photoshoot production * Strong eye for detail and composition * Familiarity with luxury lifestyle and hospitality aesthetics * Based in Dubai or available to work in Dubai Please share your portfolio, Instagram account, and examples of similar work.
