I’m expanding my event management operations in the Ranchi area and need a creative decorator who can join the team on a full-time, salaried basis. You will handle complete venue styling for: • Weddings • Corporate events • Private parties Your core focus will be both balloon and flower decoration—everything from developing fresh concepts to installing the final touches on-site. Day-to-day, that means brainstorming themes with me, sourcing or coordinating with vendors, supervising set-up crews, and ensuring each venue looks picture-perfect before guests arrive. This is a hands-on role, so I’m looking for someone who’s comfortable working long event days, traveling between venues, and solving décor challenges in real time. In return, I’m offering a monthly salary of ₹20,000–₹30,000, along with food and travel allowances for every event assignment.
