Corporate Event Coverage and Reporting

I manage a steady calendar of corporate conferences, product launches, and leadership summits and need an experienced storyteller who can capture each moment in real time and then shape it into engaging post-event content. What I expect on every assignment: • Live reporting and updates while the event is in progress – think quick-turn copy for social feeds, live blogs, or internal Slack channels. • A polished post-event article or summary within 24-48 hours, ready for WordPress, Medium, or our in-house newsletter. • Short interview pieces with keynote speakers, panelists, or VIP guests that we can repurpose across LinkedIn, Twitter, and the company website. Most events take place on-ground in Delhi/NCR, though I occasionally host virtual or hybrid sessions where remote coverage will do. If you are comfortable juggling a notebook, camera phone, and a scheduling app to keep the updates flowing, you’ll fit right in. Strong newsroom instincts, quick fact-checking, and clean AP-style copy are essential. Familiarity with basic photo or reel editing is a bonus because a good visual can double our reach.
