For order types SO and RM which are being shipped outside of the US require Attention and Phone 1 in the Ship-To Contact. If the order is an international order and these fields do not contain data when the user attempts to save the document, the save should be prevented and an error should inform the user that the fields are required. Acumatica Version: Acumatica 2017 R2 Build: 17.212.0020 When finished you will provide the customization package and any source code to our in-house developer for review and deployment to production.

As a solution, you will be provided Customization Package, the source code of the DLL for the Business Logic Customizations and video-recording of the Customization's work. The following customization will be done : 1. For "SO" and "RM" Sales Orders "Attention" and "Phone 1" fields of the Ship To Address will be made required and if the fields have not been assigned any value the user won't be able to save the order. So if there is no "Attention" or "Phone 1" the user should check the "Override" checkbox and fill the values. Customization will be done for Acumatica ERP 2017 R2 (build 17.212.0020).
