I want to implement and customize an OpenERP for a currency exchange company.
Required Modules are Accounting, HR and Payroll
A full solution is required that help client control transactions between accounts and conversion rates, e.g. accountant records a transaction from customer account to a company account in local currency, and a transaction from company account to customer account in USD
Some customizations are also required to HR modules, like implementing a finger print devices and integrate them with HR to record attendance and generate payrolls depending on finger print records.
Bidders are required to provide a proposal with expected price for the whole project, in addition to hour cost
1- Accounting module
a. Setting Default currency for the system
b. Creating and adding accounts
c. Defining account’s currencies (1 or more)
d. Defining currency rate lists by applicable date
e. Journal entries to be entered for currency exchange transactions
f. Each journal entry should have a conversion rate loaded from applicable currency rate according to date criteria. If rate changed, rate list should be updated
g. Special money transfer interface is requested (can be discussed in details later on)
2- HR and payroll module
The default OpenERP HR and payroll module is requested, in addition to:
a. integration with biometric fingerprints devices to watch employee attendance.
b. Biometric device type is not specified yet, it can be specified according to developing company advices
c. Synchronization between HR System biometric devices should be done automatically twice a day. e.g. 10 am and 10 pm.
