We are looking for an HR functional consultant to prepare for building version 2 of our ERP SaaS HR software. Job requirement includes preparing HR rules, HR logic, documentations, testing scenarios and related aspects to have our product ready.
-Build an HR Framework to guide the new system (in line with International HR Standards)
-Run preliminary tests on the functionality
-Provide my assessment of its HR integrity, accuracy, data analytics, backing calculations and reporting structure.
-Provide improvement recommendations from a business and HR perspective.
? Identify business requirements and map them to the ERP functionality.
? Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them.
? Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions (or review document created by our technical writers)
? Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.
? Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts.(or review document created by our technical writers)
? Develop end-user documentation and training materials.(or review document created by our technical writers)
? Provide status and issue works with the Project Manager on a periodic basis.
? Manage team members in areas of responsibility
? Experience with the business processes in HR.
? Experience in participation in similar HR systems development as an HR Consultant
? Strong written and oral interpersonal skills.
? Self-driven and able to plan work effort and handle priorities.
? Keen attention to detail.
