I need a complete ERPNext retail POS environment set up for my Kirana store and I would like everything hosted in the cloud. The project covers installation, configuration, and short-hand Hindi training so my staff can be fully operational within two weeks. Scope • Install ERPNext on a suitable cloud instance and add POS Awesome if it helps streamline the counter workflow. • Configure the POS for grocery items only to start—SKU creation, HSN codes, GST tax slabs, barcode support, custom receipt layout, and a single warehouse feeding multiple billing counters. • Set up core inventory, purchase, and sales cycles so stock levels, purchase orders, and sales invoices flow correctly from day one. I already have an active GST number; all invoices must print with the correct GST breakup. • Conduct two to three remote training sessions in Hindi that cover everyday billing, basic inventory checks, and end-of-day closing. • Hand-hold the go-live, ironing out any billing or print glitches in real time. Deliverables 1. Cloud-hosted ERPNext instance with fully working POS. 2. GST-compliant invoice and thermal receipt printouts. 3. Post-launch support until the first week’s sales close smoothly. Timeline & price I have earmarked a fixed budget of ₹30,000 and would like the system live within 1–2 weeks.
