I am an electronics engineer and a certified Class B occupational health and safety specialist. That combination is the job here: I know what is inside the equipment being dismantled, and how to write the controls that keep the people dismantling it safe. What I can deliver: - Collection-to-disposal procedure built on the waste hierarchy, with segregation, safe storage and transport rules - Hazard and risk assessment for handling, dismantling and recycling: lead, mercury, cadmium, brominated flame retardants, battery and CRT hazards, each with control measures and PPE per task - Worker protection pack: exposure controls, hygiene rules, training material and toolbox talks - An awareness and producer-responsibility briefing you can hand to partners I will align the document to Rwanda's national e-waste regulations and clearly mark any provision I cannot verify, so your side checks it instead of assuming it. Two questions so I can size this properly: is this for a company, an institution or an academic submission, and do you need a written document, a training package, or an implementation plan?
