Entrance Hall Design

Dear designers,
I need a design (2D plan with dimensions on it and a 3D render) of the entrance hall.
I need to fit in 11 sq meters:
a washing machine, dryer, and a heating pump with a buffer body and a wardrobe.
I would be so happy to work with someone who understands the metrics of the hall and the plumbing pipes, as well, to create a real design for this entrance hall/corridor that can be used and equipped in real life.
*Kindly note that the price is fixed for the living room by you - when you apply for a bid. NOT hourly!

Details about Metrics:
1. washing machine: 650 x 600 x 850 мм
2. dryer - same as 1.
3. heating pump - 595 x 1850 x 625 мм
4. buffer for the heating pump - 80 liters - h 75cm , diameter 45cm
