Write a positive story about Hong Kong, by a native of Hong Kong

Job Description:
I need someone who actually lives in Hong Kong, or recently emigrated , to write a 1000 word story in English, ( using good North American grammar ), about something positive about Hong Kong. Then translate it into written Chinese characters. So, I need an English version, and a written version in Chinese characters.
This is to post onto a popular Hong Kong website. It must be non-controversial, non-political. It can be related to personal life, or business, recreation, travel, etc. I want writing to be first-person story-telling, ( "I did, I said", etc).
To get this job, tell me your history in Hong Kong, and write a paragraph about that in English, which I will use to judge grammar.
If this project works out, I need about 4 more articles after this one, which will be separate projects.
