The only requirement is that you have very strong conversational English skills.
Great grammar or writing skills is not that necessary as you will only be writing 1 or 2 sentences at a time per email.
I have recorded hours of training material for you to review that will help you understand the job requirements.
The training period will be trained and you will be tested before we finalize our working relationship.
