I am looking for someone 100 percent fluent in English (additional languages are a plus), to act as a customer support agent via a text livechat.
Goal is to give answers to visitors asking us some questions via our live chat.
Ideally, this person has to be able to work to cover the full European time zone from Monday to Friday during work hours that is to say from 5:30pm to 2:30am based on GMT+2.
Key skills needed to do the job well:
* You need to be a good english writer (if you are fluent in other languages this can be a plus!).
* You need to be available and connected for this job from Monday to Friday during European work hours (based on GMT+2) from 5:30pm to 2:30am.
* When someone want to chat, you need to answer quickly (< 2 seconds).
* You'll need to understand our service and the service we provide in order to answer to people. But we'll help you on that and it's simple to understand. :)

Making sure you don't make any mistakes in English is important to us.
Making sure your answers are always funny and POSITIVES is also very important to us.
Making sure your average response time is really short is important to us.
