Hi, I am looking for a Virtual assistant to help with my drone services business. It would be a full time Monday-Friday job, from 1pm-10pm, with a 1 hour break between 4-5pm British time.
This is not for a company – I would like a private individual who can dedicate their time to me, rather than a group of people.
There may be optional overtime and there will be bonuses if I think that you are doing good work.
The pay will be $2 per hour and it will be paid as regularly as you would like.
Please mention your prior experience as a Virtual assistant especially if you worked for other stores.
The skills I require are:
1. Fluency in english – you must be understandable on the phone and must be able to accurately proofread my english work
2. Fast english typing – at least 50-60 WPM
3. You also will need fast Wifi and a computer
4. You must be able to work things out yourself from minimal instructions – I will give you detailed instructions for recurring jobs though (basically I want resourcefullness)
5. You must be reliable
6. You must be able to learn new skills easily
7. You must be able to reply to any urgent emails I have got within a few minutes during your working hours
8. Please write this code ‘eggs’ so that I know you have read the job description
9. Good human skills – you will be my lead VA and may be coordinating any other tempary VAs like website designers or video editors.
Desirable skills – please mention if you have any of these:
• Google docs
• Any experience with drones
• Social media
