Answer incoming calls and emails, Mon - Fri / 9 am - 5 pm EST, plus 30min - 1h Saturday and Sundays.
Long term collaboration. Please don't reply if you are looking for a temporary job. The work load is very relaxed, so you will be able to focus on quality, always. Effective workload under 15 hours/week.
Fluent in American English is a must.
Experience in customer service, great manners, phone etiquette and positive demeanour.
Trustworthy and self-driven individual who loves to help customers.
Very good and stable internet connection (please attach a speed test result to your candidacy).
Amazon, ShipStation, Zendesk and online commerce in general.
*Spanish is a plus.
