Job Context
-Night Shift = 8 hours/day - 5 days per week (Mon-Fri & optional weekends)
- Hours generally range from 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM

Job Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of outbound calls to USA/ Canada customers in a timely manner.
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Receiving customers enquirers, selling services/ products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Educational Requirements
• O Level, A Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline
• * O & A Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Open to all but candidates must have strong English speaking/ writing skills since this role involves handling U.S. based customer service inquiries.
• * Freshers are encouraged to apply (Only O level, A level or Fluent English Speaker)
• * Experience in International Call Center will get first priority with the best offer.
Additional Requirements
Age 18 to 40 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)
- Strong work ethic

- Committed to consistently work the night shift
- Able to work under pressure and handle tough customer situations

- General computer skills/knowledge
- Previous US-based customer service experience is a huge plus!!

Compensation:
1. Performance bonus, Daily and Monthly
2. Attendance Bonus 1000 Tk for Night Shift, applicable after 3 months probation period.
3. Food Allowance 1000 Tk, applicable after 3 months probation period.
4. You can earn more than 5000TK on top of your salary as a sales bonus.
