A short turnaround (48–72 hours once you have the file) is ideal. Native-level German and clear written English are both essential so the final report is easy for our HR team to archive. Deliverable: • A concise PDF report for each candidate that lists the company contacted, the person spoken to, confirmation (or discrepancy) of title, dates, and email validity, plus the call or email timestamp.
