I need a complete engineering design for a sonic soot blower dedicated to a water-tube boiler. The main driver is to prolong the unit’s service life by keeping the economizer section consistently clean without resorting to abrasive or high-pressure mechanical methods. Here’s what I’m looking for: • A properly sized acoustic horn (frequency, SPL, nozzle geometry) that is effective on the economizer’s finned tubes. • Integration details—mounting arrangements, air supply specs, control logic—and confirmation that the new equipment will fit around existing access doors and ducting. • Supporting calculations or CFD evidence showing ash/soot detachment rates versus current steam-soot-blowing performance. • Fabrication drawings, 3D models, and a concise bill of materials ready for our shop. • An operating guide outlining start-up sequencing, typical pulse intervals, and maintenance checks. Acceptance will be based on documented clearance of at least 80 % of deposited soot in the economizer after a simulated 30-day load cycle, plus verification that sound levels remain within OSHA limits at the boiler room boundary.
