We are currently preparing a quotation for rectification works at an apartment building in Surfers Paradise and require the services of a qualified structural engineer to inspect the integrity of an existing balcony hob. The purpose of the inspection is to assess the structural adequacy of the balcony hob and provide written certification/sign-off, if appropriate, to support the proposed remedial works.
