The circuit needs to consist of a 555 timer driving a P-Channel MOSFET capable of carrying the current of 30 amps. An example of MOSFET would be an IRF4905 TO-22 package. please add a heat sink. Other MOSFET's will typically be pin compatible with this device as well.
The output of the 555 needs to be OFF (Low) for 1mS, and ON (High) for 9mS. This yields a 10% duty cycle. The board should be designed with fixed resistors to accomplish this timing requirement.
The output will drive the MOSFET which yields an inverted output which is ON for 1mS and OFF for 9mS.
The 555 and MOSFET will both be supplied by the 12V.
The circuit will require an power connector for 12V in, and an output connector. The output will be connected to the MOSFET and Ground which will yield a 12V pulsed output.
