Work with students at all grade and ability levels and in a thoroughly professional and expert manner. The hours can vary to meet the schedules of the instructors, but typically instructors work afternoons, evenings and weekends. Payment is based on experience. Must have a driver's license and reliable car. Public transport is not an option. Must be US Citizen, able to work LOCALLY around Chicagoland area. This is not a virtual position.
Creating an appropriate environment to support the goals and developmental level of the students
Making sure that the equipment in the instructor room is in good repair
Maintaining consistent schedule with some flexibility
Consistently follow the lesson plans and methods
Encourage students to work at their own pace
Communicating appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff
Providing opportunities for conferences and other venues in which parents are made to feel a part of the student’s learning experience

Must already be located in the Chicagoland, Illinois area. We do not sponsor so candidate must be a US Citizen, with a valid drivers license and a reliable car.
Degreed individuals are preferred, though students, depending on coursework and major and years in school, will be considered.
