Design flat deck tray for ute from sheet metal in Solidworks - expert sheet metal and engineer required.

Project: Design flat deck from supplied STEP file with sizing sorted (a lot of the hard work is done), images, videos and extensive notes Experience required: Mechanical Engineer Solidworks sheet metal SPECIALIST Experience with laser cut componentry, folded componentry (understand what is foldable and what is not – very very critical) Understanding of fabrication welding techniques Understanding of notching and tabbing systems, use of hex rivnuts and rivets for ease and efficiency of assembly and fabrication DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT A SOLIDWORKS SHEET METAL SPECIALIST AND DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE FABRICATION TECHNIQUES ABOVE Because the project is complex excellent English is required to make sure there is nothing lost in translation References: Attached step file and SW files – please use sizes, angles and parts supplied. Some parts need fixing – mitred folds fixed, triangular inserts added, folds added. All material to be 3mm thick sheet metal other than the pull out drawer. K Factor 0.32 and internal bend radius of material thickness. All components to be laser cut and folded sections – no structural steel sections. This is for fast fabrication and assembly as well as consistency. All measurements metric. I require Solidworks part files, assembly files, part drawings for folding, assembly drawings for fabrication and assembly, DXF files etc all to be SW 2017 or earlier. Ensure all hardware is downloaded from Comac as this is readily available to me. Keep in mind there will be mounting points added to the structure of the deck to mount it to the chassis. The idea is to have separate mounting kits for different make vehicles but at this stage do not include this in the project.
