I am building a 10' basement for a manufactured house 64' by 29' 8".

Specifications per blueprints:

FOOTINGS WIDTH AND DEPTH - FOOTINGS ARE TO BE

CALCULATED BY AN ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER BASED

ON HOME DESIGN. TYPICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR

PERIMETER FOOTINGS IS 16" x 8". CENTERLINE FOOTING

DIMENSION IS 16" WIDE AND 8" DEEP. THESE

DIMENSIONS ARE TYPICAL AND ARE AFFECTED BY SOIL

TYPE, SOIL COMPACTION, SPECIAL LOADS, ETC.

ADJUSTABLE COLUMN SUPPORTS MAY BE REPLACED

WITH CONTINUOUS BEARING WALL (MINIMUM

REQUIREMENTS FOR WALL WILL BE DOUBLE 2 x 4 TOP

PLATE, SINGLE 2 x 4 BOTTOM PLATE AND DOUBLE 2 x 4

STUDS @ 16" O.C. OR DOUBLE 2 x 6 TOP PLATE, SINGLE 2

x 6 BOTTOM PLATE AND SINGLE 2 x 6 STUDS @ 16' O.C.

I am Building a 10' basement with ICF walls. The footers are 24" wide by 10" deep on rocky soil. They are with Form-A-Drain and already poured. I have pictures and examples of this footer material and photos of the stages or work. This will support a manufactured house. The center wall is a 2x8, 16" on-center to support the marriage of the 2 parts. As you can see, I have exceeded the requirements of the blueprints. My bank is insisting on an engineer to inspect and verify the work and materials. Our construction is ongoing. My timeline is expected time for completion is 3 weeks. I am in hopes you are nearby and available.
