Perform mechanical FEM analysis on the part in files:
-Material is beryllium copper
-My interest is: how much does the flat center surface move when a pressure difference P is applied
-Pressure difference applied -100 and +100 Pa
Simplification: If you can't calculate with pressure, a simplification of applying a corresponding force of -1 - +1 mN
can be applied to see the magnitude.
Also, mention if you can do similar simulation in different temperatures (-40 to +85°C) where the main body
would be FR4 printed circuit board laminate. This will be interesting to me if the basic idea seems to work ok.
Results required: numbers in micrometers for different pressures and a stress image of -100Pa case.
The calculation grid does not have to be very dense, this is just to get an idea of the magnitude.
