Schematic , PCB Design Of In Circuit Tester

I need

1. Schematic .

2. PCB.

3. Component view to see how to install each component.

4. Experted Cad/Gerber files etc. Any files I would need to send to PCB board house.

5. All source files of the software you use to make this project.

I use the toner transfer method to make my own pcb so most tracks will need to be normal or wider width([url removed, login to view] to [url removed, login to view]) if possible.

This will be and **IN CIRCUIT COMPONENT TESTER**.

The tester will need to check

1. ESR of electrolytic capacitor In circuit.

2. Transistors , npn, pnp ,

3. Mosfets , Jfets, N and P type.

4. Diodes.

5. Resistors.

Simple use of 9 leds (3 red, 3 yellow, 3 green) will tell if components are good or not.

Red= Bad, yellow= Questionable, Green= Good.

The leds is a scale so when you test a component you get a quick go no go result with the led lights.

All so a basic sound when the component under test is good(Green LED).

All of these have to be able to be checked in circuit. So there will be test leads to probe the components in circuit.

So a basic GO NO GO test on these components incircuit is what is needed . I understand that it may not be acurate in all cases.

I am open to suggestions .

I have seen seperate meters that will check esr of caps, and transters in circuit , and diodes.

I want to build one tester with simple leds that I can use to test these components in circuit.

If you are not an expert in Electrical Enginering then do not bid on this project

My project will be designed with Circuit Wizard.

I will provide it if needed.

I need

1. Schematic . 2. PCB, made in Circuit Wizard.

5. Resistors.

Simple use of 9 leds (3 red, 3 yellow, 3 green) will tell if components are good or not.

Red= Bad, yellow= Questionable, Green= Good.

All so if a component test in the Green then there should be a sound for good.

If it test in red then a different sound for bad.

All of these have to be able to be checked in circuit.

The power source can be a 120 to 12v transformer with a couple of D4007 diodes to rectify the AC to DC and a 50 v 3300mf cap at the end of the diodes.

The PCB itself can be the size it needs to fit into a project enclosure.

NO smd components here just a single side copper track PCB, all components will be through hole.

I will get my project enclosure from [[url removed, login to view]][1] . So as long as the PCB will mount into one from that site it will work out fine.

Remember all these components need to be tested in circuit on the PCB and not have to be soldered from the PCB to get an acurate check.

I work on Switch Mode Power Supply's and this would be a nice tool to have around.

There should be an over voltage protection for testing the caps since they can have up to a 400v charge on some of them.

If you have experience in this and completely understand what I need from this project then bid.

If you do not then respectfully do not bid and wast both of our time.
