ADC development

I need an Analogue to Digital Converter (ADC) with the following spec; RS485 Modbus: 38K4, RTU, no parity. To have, 12 channels plus a trigger. Incorporating a 12 channel addresses (0-11) for real time measurements. When it receives a closed contact on its trigger it records all 12 inputs every 100msec for 6sec and saves to memory for the data to be recalled later (addresses 31-750). Each input to be differential with an input impedance of 20 mega ohms and a filter with a time constant of approx 22msec. Each input should measure from -5V to +5V. The device should tie into a similar spec as the figures shows. The ADC will tie into additional circuits. The ADC unit will be part of a control module written under Indusoft IWS (SCADA) software, and therefore must have a programmable chip incorporated into it that the IWS programme can retrieve (the data stored on the ADC IC). ## Deliverables • Rent A Coder reminder: You MAY NOT post the final solution for this (and any) project before your bid is accepted and funds are fully escrowed. RAC Writing Addendums: • All English writing-related deliverables MUST be of grammatical, structural and logical quality commensurate with written English in a professional journal (unless otherwise stated by the Buyer). If you are a non-native English speaker you are HIGHLY CAUTIONED against bidding if you are less than 100% certain that you can provide this level of deliverables. o However, if the Buyer accepts your bid based on a sample of your work that falls beneath (or above) this level, then they are indicating that quality of your sample is the acceptable level of quality in this contract. • In general, all deliverables MUST be completely your own original work and may not be taken (in whole or in part) from any work that you do not have full copyrights to (unless otherwise stated by the Buyer). o If the buyer agrees to allow you to quote material from other sources, you must surround that material with quotes and cite the source with enough detail so it can be verified. o The buyer may agree to allow you to paraphrase material from other sources. This is legal when the work is considered "Fair Use" (which generally means it will NOT be used commercially and ONLY for educational purposes). When this is the case, you must follow generally accepted standards for paraphrasing. Merely rearranging words and phrases from another source is considered plagiarism and is illegal. To correctly paraphrase, you should read the original and then close the book/source so you cannot see it and then write the entire material from scratch using your own words. On the other hand, if you may know or suspect the work may not be "Fair Use", please inform or consult with Rent a Coder. • If you infringe any copyright you will forfeit all escrowed funds under the terms of ""fraud"" in your contract and may have your account suspended. DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT, unless you fully understand United States copyright law and it's ramifications to you. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 1a) Complete and fully-functional working circuit(s), all schematics, parts list and numbers, a pcb layout, everything to be fully documented with fully comprehensible manual as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). The buyer holds all rights, copyright and patent, claimed or un-claimed to all work produced by the seller under this contract of work. The seller will not bring a claim against the buyer, on this or any premise. The buyer can change the desirable deliverable, if it is deemed in the better nature of it's business, rising from discussion to the seller, or from the buyers third party professional. The deliverable should in no way, be in conflict with the interests of the buyer. The full deliverable, will be explained fully to the buyer, and documented to the buyer at each stage, with all work pertaining to the 'work carried out' by the seller, given sole rights to the buyer, and delivered to the buyer on completion of the work carried out by the seller. All rights and claims, on the work produced by the seller, will be the sole right of the buyer, to do with as it so pleases. All rights to work produced throughout this contracted 'work for hire' by the seller, are given to the buyer to include; copyrights, coding, patents, all of which maybe claimed or unclaimed are given solely to the buyer, with world wide rights. The deliverable should be easily maintained, functionality explained, and management described of the deliverable from the seller to the buyer, ncluding all fully documented schematics, coding. The seller gives the right of the buyer to ask for advice, help, modification, tweaking; after sale, for up to 2months, related to the functioning, management or modification of the deliverable, which the seller will adhere to if changes are needed to the deliverable, without additional payment from the buyer to the seller, after the 2month period the buyer seller relationship will be discussed, if more maintenance or adjustments/changes are needed, for a contract to be drawn and payments worked out. The seller agrees the buyer can opt to change some scopes of the deliverable if it's deemed necessary. The seller will forfeit all payment(s) if deadline(s) are not adhered to, and any cost associated with the seller not completing the full term of this contract will be the sole responsibility of the 'seller' to cover all costs of the seller & buyer commitments agreed upon in this work, as work will be done at two international locations, the seller agrees to reimburse the buyer any loss financially, if the seller delays or does not complete the set work/tasks. 5% of the total bid; accepted by the buyer, per day will be charged to the seller, in these situations. If reasonable discussion resumes after a seller delay in work or delayed deadline, then the payment terms of all work, will be decided upon solely by the buyer, either a percentage reduction of the total cost will be offered, or other, dependable on circumstance(s). ## Platform ANY as long as it is compatible with Indusoft IWS
