I'm looking for help in finding a suitable lawyer for my legal needs. It is a very complex case involving a combination of discrimination, whistleblowing, retaliation, constructive discharge, unemployment benefits appeal, retaliation for free speech, FMLA and ADA violations. I’m at the judicial review stage of unemployment benefits appeal. Because of the severity of what I experienced at my job, I had a nervous breakdown and was subsequently diagnosed with work-related complex PTSD and I have trouble articulating my legal issues to prospective attorneys because it is very triggering and overwhelming for me to discuss all the details over and over with prospective attorneys. So I’m looking to hire someone that is willing to be patient and understanding to learn the details of my case and I will pay them to pitch my case to attorneys to find me an attorney. In other words, I am looking to hire someone to be my spokesperson to pitch my case to various law firms because my PTSD symptoms kick in everytime I attempt to discuss my case with potential attorneys. I am eligible to request the right to sue letter from the EEOC but holding off until I secure an attorney to represent me.
