Find suitable candidate to work as an operation Manager in Saudi Arabia. Project owner need to screen the candidates CVs and interview them to ensure that they are matchning the below requirements : I am having new 36 furnished apartments and looking to hire Operation manger for it. He will be responsible in starting this bussinesss including procurement of furniture & supplies, hiring front desk employees and housekeeprs and later on managing its daily operation which includes mangaing the maintenace, housekeeping and purchasing. He will also be responsilbe in making the budget and monitoring its expenditures and also making marketting plan and implementing it. Moreover, he will also establish standars of operation. The required qualification is mentioned below. . Bachelor degree in hospitality or bussiness Administration or equivelant. .Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in hospitality operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role such as assistant operations manager. .Preferred : Advanced certifications, such as Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) or a diploma in Hotel Management. . Track record of improving operational efficiency, guest satisfaction scores (e.g., Net Promoter Score), or revenue metrics. . In-depth knowledge of hospitality standard operating procedures (SOPs) . Familiarity in analyzing expenditures, income .Experience in opening new hotels or managing renovations is a plus. . Rich experience in marketing, . Fluent in English . Prefered nationalties : Egypt and India
